iam not alone?
Hello Guys...
actually i`m playing crossfire since 4 years and everything is ok...But Suddenly i faced a big problem ..
everybody knows that the yahoo company has changed the security system and made it asks For the security Information from time to time...and that made me lose my register email for Crossfire account,and i can`t remember any information about it because i registered it since 7 years ago..
So i can lose my CF account anytime .... and i have send the problem To z8games But i did not get any reply
i have all information about CF account and i will be thankful if anyone could help me

well, support isnt relieble anymore.
im waiting for an answer aswell, dont count on them...
imho the game is dying anyway, they cut back support, build barriers to reporting system, dont care about h4cks anymore, pound out vip wep who ruin the statics, use an 6 year old game engine...
seriously, signs have been seen, if there is no major change in habits from company side, the serious players will go s.where else.. like most of my clan is already doing...
im not talking bout 12 year old once in a week players, i speak about ppl willing and able to spend 30-100 bucks a month....
these ppl kept the game alive, and they are leaving right now....
i got screenshots from yesterday where 8 rooms are h4ck promoting, and only 4 rooms are regular... ON 2 DIFFRENT CHANNELS.....
and ive heard tooo many excuses and apologies to still belive them.
sorry bro, for me it looks like the fired at least 90 % of the support employees, if the didnt closed that section completely to save earnings....
sounds harsh, but thats the picture im seeing.

Support IS reliable. They try to work as fast as they can. they are currently helping me with a ticket right now and they have replied back as fast as two HOURS. The reason they are not replying is because they do not work on weekends and its also a holiday weekend so they are not working today. youll just have to be patient they have lives guys. -

Hello, you could submit a Support Ticket (Support>Crossfire>Account Administration>Register Email)... I had the same problem, forgot my registered email, after filling all the information in the ticket they answered me within a week. They asked me the following information:
- The first forum name and first password used on this account
- The most recent order numbers for UGC. This should look similar to 301326549876325. If you do not have these numbers, please contact the payment company directly.
I sent a reply, after a few hours they replied me back with the information I was seeking for (turns out I registered a non-existant email), even through in my case I just needed the email... I suppose you could request an email change the same way.

As the above players have said, please submit a support ticket for this issue, as it deals with account security.
Currently a support ticket may take a little longer than usual to get a reply, but that doesn't mean we aren't helping everyone as fast and as carefully as we can!
