NO Ribbon , Why ? [Shotgun Week Ribbon]

Hi , i have a problem about my account -wD]*GEORGE* and my girldfriend account -wD]*Bee* , we play every day for the ribbon and deposit each 10.000 zp and spend to BM at Armsel shoutgun to get the awm infernal , and we dont get any awm and no ribbon weeks ,why we dont receive the ribbon ?, our friend from clan play same time like us and he get ribbon nick : Shaarawy.

Just to quickly check, did you check the event tracker each day and can you show a printscreen of some sort? The AWM problem is slowly being put into the game and will take some time as they did not plan ahead. Give it some time.

i check everyday there and say i complate all event's , i din't screen because i never know i will have a problem with this

Do not pretend that you're smart and i'm stupid, i know exactly where to look and what to watch when i have a problem, but my problem need to solve by admin, no one has a problem as my i've seen , so spare me.
