Ribbons!

I got a ribbon that is called "Shotgun Week Ribbon" when I hover over it. BUT, it does not have a picture for some reason, it was just a blank rectangle with a little "X" on the left side. I am hoping this counts as a ribbon, since I will be going for the "Big Game Hunter" ribbon for having 5+ permanent ribbons, which has the same problem btw. Just wait a few days and if you have not gotten it yet, then do what the person above said, and send a complaint ticket. As this is what I'll be doing soon if they don't give me my ribbon for buying zp... I got the zp 3 days ago, but I still haven't gotten my ribbon '0'
