Why not? It's about the Stream he did, he'll get more views in here, than he would there. Plus people who came to the stream might want to watch it again, and might only check this section, and it also gives advertisement to the other streams he's doing.

The stream recording is not really a 'fan work', it's more likely a memory. It's not really nice seeing you constantly trying to bash Nico, but that's something between you two.
