my stolen acc
hi all
my main acc was stolen today by someone in cf
he was in my friend list and he sweared that there is a survey gives 10000 zp and said that he will make it for me
and then he changed the pass
i tried to talk with him from this acc but he didnt reply and blocked me
the problem is that i forgot the email so i cant get it back
can any GM help me

z8games should ban account automatically on two different locations.
Stupid, yes. But probably just a kid...12 or so I'd say. My sister fell for something like this before as well, so I have a bit of sympathy.
Best thing to do is submit a ticket, and hope for the best. I'd say start out fresh with a new (real) e-mail address that you can remember, and add security questions. Write the information in a notebook, or something where you won't forget...and remember, don't trust anyone. If it looks/sounds too good to be true, it is. -

The text highlighted in Orange demonstrates how he "hooked" you with bait to a scam.
The text highlighted in Red demonstrates that you broke the ToS by sharing account information. Under no circumstances outside of Support should you ever... EVER give out your username and password or any other account detail for that matter.
The text highlighted in Blue demonstrates your lack of responsibility by not maintaining and securing your account information. When you sign up for anything, you need to understand what you're about to input is information that really only YOU should be aware of, not the system. It is NOT Z8's responsibility to be giving out account information to those who ask. You're the one who signed up. You're the one responsible.

Under Crossfire then Account Administration. Since you're unable to remember your email tied to the account then you're pretty much out of luck. You may be lucky with providing other info as described on the form. Good luck. -
what if you go abroad for 2 weeks but take your laptop should you get banned for that?
I'm pretty sure he meant 1 location, being the hacker, and the other location, being the guy who was hacked. For, both of them, their (two) locations being banned, IP, or otherwise. I didn't really think his message needed much of an explanation, but hopefully this brought you a bit of insight...
