the access to xtrap patch server is unstable or xtrap update wasn't able to run

Hey guys..
I'm facing a problem with xtrap !
after clicking start, xtrap initializing stops at step 3, and this message pops up saying
"the access to xtrap patch server is unstable or xtrap update wasn't able to run properly"
plus "Code_Field [10-0300-800c0008-104]

I've tried everything !
*re-installing the game
*putting xtrap in the allowed list in the firewall
*putting xtrap in the allowed list in the anti-virus
*turning firwall and anti-virus off
*running as administrator
*running in compatibility mode
AND STILL THE SAME MESSAGE POPPING UP !!
PLEASE HELP
