Someone Help Me Please!

I have made other thread but i had no answer. I am having a problem with the login. Im back to crossfire after about 1 year. I downloaded the game again and when i tried to login it showed up the following message: Incorrect Login Credentials. I thought that maybe i was using the wrong login informations so i asked for the password recovery and i saw that it was the ID and password i was using. Can anyone help me?
