cant start the game

hi. please help me with that game. i can open the cross fire window then i press start and the game dont star. what is wrong with it? can u pls help me

I have to same problem, I literally just press start and nothing happens. theres nothing else to say, i ahve nothing else running, just doesnt work

my laptop works fine playing cf but not desktop isnt loading it
