FPS drop pls help!

Hey guys I need some help. My fps was running at around like 130-150. I had no problems with my fps until now. When I start CF everything is fine until I start a match. It starts out good, but then my fps suddenly drops to around 40-50 and stays that way. I don't know what is wrong is it just CF or is it my Laptop

Help will greatly be appreciated Thanks

SPECS - ram 6gb
Hard drive 500 gb
I5 processor
Intel graphic card. Laptop - Hp pavilion dv7

I cannot really help but if you want others to help you, you may want to give out your computer specifications to see if it is your Laptop first.

Have you installed the lastest drivers for you graphics card? Have you "cleaned" your pc/laptop?

My FPS 130-70 works of. Meanwhile 40 - 60 between the falls, but the problem is when I enter another Map and improving. I also think if you update the software on your graphics card is not up to date happened after an update install the updates back.

I have all my drivers up to date but I will have to check my graphic card. Thanks for the help guys

I just checked my graphics card for updates and it says its all up to date. Does any one have any other ideas.

Same. I thought it was just me, it seems it's happening to other people as well. My FPS drastically dropped 2 days ago. I used to have 40 FPS (a little choppy but playable) now I have 9. I don't seem to be infected with malware or have other programs loading in the background, I even did a clean install of Crossfire. It only started happening like 2-3 days ago when they had that little maintenance. Could this be server related?
