Hello everybody!

I've question about my friends account, what i have to do when he lost his account? Somebody steal his account and he cant log-in to send a ticket for password/e-mail changing.
Can anyone Game Master told me how to do? Or maybe you guy's know how to do?

Tell him to apply on this with every information he knows. Rest is up to GM's to do.

1. Go to http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx
2. Enter the email connected to the account.
3. Log in with the information found in the mail you get.
4. Change the password and email.

People i know it all what you say but my friend can't log-in to account bcuz somebody steal his account and password is changed... BTW. He don't know his mail... He known security answer old password's, he has a proof from paypal account for ZP buying just everything. But he don't know only mail...

Tell him to create a new account then to tell the support as much information as he has.

We cant create new account's bcuz we are from Poland and here is region blocked.

All you can do is to submit a ticket from an account, it doesn't matter which one, and tell them all the informations you provided are for your friends account, giving them IGN and USN.

You can create Z8Games account, however you´re not able to play CF with these new accounts.

But as Dur said, contact the support with your account then.
