ZP bug

Hi, im from Egypt and i'v charged 300 L.E to get 50k zp from onecard.net

when i get in to buy ZP the button the i press to get ZP turned into ( unavailable )

so, i just wanna know if the serves with onecard has stopped or whats going on???
