i was playing game and i closed game,then when i open it again told me "this service is not available in your region"
please tell me what should i do to play the game

That usually means you're playing from a restricted region(IP blocked).
Take a look at this thread and see if your location is blocked.
Also, is your account made after August 2011? -

i am in egypt,africa
and i made the email from 2 weeks but i was playing game for 4 years but i forgot my all info so i made other account
how IP blocked i am playing game for 4 years and my friend in the same region play it -

If you're from Egypt, then it was most likely a bug. If the problem still persists, submit a support ticket HERE, under CrossFire -> Technical Support. -

He was sharing his account with a friend, The auto system busted him. Now he is ban.
i am not banned,i only can't open my account with my IP but i can open it with other IP
and i said that twice,i didnt knew the rule about sharing accounts,and i solved it by changing my PW,now my friend dont know any thing about my account -

Ok I will make this easy for you. Z8 stop the making of accounts from your region a while back. Ok so you could still play the game, no problem. You let your friend play on the account that has a different IP or region then you. BamBam Auto Ban for sharing account. End of Story. -
