they closed my ticket

i sent a ticket long time ago about my e-mail to change it.

After a few replies from the gm they closed the ticket and i dont have a answer. Well does that mean that i never EVER EVER EVER can change my e-mail because when i open a new ticket they told me to awnser at the old ticket... im confused. What should i do ?
