Hi everyone, I have a little problem with my account, I want to change my email adress, because I have forgotten, especially for the change was told:'' Thank you! A verification email Will Be sent to your old email adress momentarily. It is required That you click the confirmation link Within this email to complete your email adress change request, and I forgot my email adress, so I'm really stuck, because I'm too lazy to make a new account and the climb to the master rank Seargeant, I even wanted to buy the ZP but I could not due to this email adress, thank you for wanting to help me, because I really need this., OH i forgot, i always know my security answer :], and I want to change my adress email to Ayoub1055@outlook.fr Thank you

Have you tried asking for your old e-mail adress through a Support Ticket?

Another way to recover the e-mail you used is by trying several of your e-mail accounts in http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx

It will tell you when the e-mail is not in use or when it is connected to a CF account. So if it says that a mail has been sent to that adress, you found your old e-mail adress.

How i can ask for my old e-mail adress through a Support Ticket?, i tryed for http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx but i didn't found that i forgot the e-mail

, I really need that i sware, i'm a lieutenant now, and it's so hard for get that rank another time :'(

Would you like to say to me what should i do, because they say to me : For security purpose, we will need at least 2 pieces of correct account information listed under to prove your ownership And there is 4 things that i should complete :
- Current registered email : I don't know that.
-Current security question : What is you're favorite movie
-Current security answer : [ I know that and i wrote it to them ]
-Account creation date : I don't know that
-Ip adress : I know it, and i wrote it to them

But when i want to reply that to C4GBOX
They say to me '' One of the required field(s) is empty ''

I can't give more required field(s) I give everything that i know to them

Ps: Sorry for the english, i just learn it in school.

Or how i can know the account creation date help please !!

You should remove the security question question. That's personal.

Look in the end if you can't remember the old email then you're out of luck. You are ultimately responsible to remember and maintain your account info. Not Z8.

I don't think anyone remebers that

The only ways to find out that date are
a) Check the email you got when registering (deleted by most people)
b) Ask your account information at http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx

You need to know your email adress for both, so you probably won't find the date....

You know what i didn't found that *** email, i'll make a new account after.. And i'll make him high rank too, thank you for helping me, this time i'm not going to forget anything, thank you so much !!!!!
