Battle Field Items

It happens to me to. Mousing over the items just closes my client. I have posted on here about it also, with no support at all. No replies. Nothing. I've also tried to submit a ticket about the items in game making me crash, hackers everywhere, and for some reason when i go to report them or submit a ticket for anything, it always says "Timed out" which is bull because my computer and internet run fine, so it's on their end. I tried to submit like 20 hack reports with none of them going through. Game is full of bugs, full of hackers and quite frustrating.

Those items give +exp which would be nice to be reimbursed for, since i couldn't use them the ENTIRE time i had them.
