"Send Error Report?" After equipping ZP items.

Saw another post that the GM's are working hard on a fix. Thank you very much for the hard work. As usual, if the fix does not come soon, I will expect compensation or else I'm done spending any money on this game. Thank you :)

Hey, I just bought several ZP items.

I bought the GSG9 character, a couple head items and a back pack.

The ZP backpack I bought was the penguin backpack and when I equip it to my GSG9 character, I get kicked out to my home screen with the "Send Error Report?"

Why is this happening? I paid money for this item and I cannot even equip it without my game crashing. I expect a refund if this is not fixed and I will not be impressed at all if I am not compensated for this.

Thank you for any help I can get and I hope this issue can be dealt with as soon as possible.
