RPK Infernal

I sent in a support ticket and was told that I wouldn't receive my RPK infernal even though I provided 100% proof that I played for 6 hours on saturday/sunday combined.

3 hours and 13 minutes + 2 hours and 54 minutes = 6 hours and 7 minutes played.

I hope I receive my 30 Day RPK Infernal, if not I will be really disappointed with the event and how it was handled.
