Battle field items,error?

So i play alot of zombie mode and sometimes when i open the EMD silver crate i get battlefield items so far i got the head and the backpack item but each time i try to press them so my characters wears them crossfire gives me an error. That error doesnt happen anytime but the time i try these. any suggestions?

This is a crash bug that they are working on. Saidin already said that it will be soon fixed (in about a week). Just ignore it and play without it for a while.
