Achivements DOnt work?

Can you at least start documenting these instances in a better fashion?

Here's a rundown on an example.

1. Take screenshots of the "Before" play. You may want to take a screenshot of each individual achievement in question.
2. Before entering a match, please take the time to note if you are using the appropriate Infernal weapon or other weapons and any items / character items you may have on you or enabled.
3. Play in a room; please note the approximate date and time (EDT) that the match is being played, as well as note the server and the room.
4. Take a screenshot of the end result screen. Maybe even save the replay to help out with more information on how the match played out. Also screenshot, if any, completed achievements as a result of the end of the match.
5. Now take the "After" screenshot(s) of any and all achievements that were in question.

This is assuming there is an issue. I'm just trying to help outline the steps I would take in documenting this.

After taking all the necessary screenshots and all that, time for the bug report.

2. In a new thread, not only post the possible bug but information about your machine such as: Computer specifications, Processes that may have an effect on the game, and/or Direct X info
