New Account Missing a button and Support is Gone

I'm trying to create a new account and the final button that allows you to move on to the next page is gone. Without that button, I can't create a new account. Also, There is no button to create a support ticket at the moment this thread is created. I don't know if this is a temporary problem, or if it's something wrong with the website.
