client mfc application has encountered a problem

client mfc application has encountered a problem and need to close. we are sorry for the inconvience.

this is the message that i get when i try to join a game

i have just finished my format, downloaded the game and installed it
but i still have the same problem ...
i searched the net for solution but got nothing...
please any help...
by the way , i can enter the channel and the room and every place in the game but i can't join the game ...
