Did not receive zp from depositing UGC card

I bought a $20 Ultimate Game Card and attempted to redeem it onto my account. When I put in the PIN number, a message popped up (picture below) and said I could use "UltimatePoints" to pay for the transaction. I clicked on "Apply my UltimatePoints," and a message popped up saying the transaction was successful, but I never received my 20,000 zp or 2,000 bp points. I would appreciate some assistance on this issue, and if possible, receive the points from the card. Also, I would like to receive information on the purpose of these "UltimatePoints" to see if there is a way I can actually use them to pay for my zp. Thank you, your time and effort is appreciated.

(I'm starting a thread here because support isn't loading on any browsers, and I'm only receiving errors for trying to do so.)

Disreguard what I have previously stated. The zp/bp was awarded to my account, but with a strangely long delay. Thanks.

I'm sorry but I could not view that image... it's way too small.

Try this, take the screenshot, then open up Paint.
Resize the white border to a smaller size than a usual screenshot. Now paste the screenshot onto Paint.
Then use the Select tool to select the window in question. Now Cut it. Open a new Paint, resize those white borders again, and paste the window cut onto Paint.

Now save that and upload that. You'll probably either use the Default size or 15inch (800X600) if you're still using Tinypic.
