Cant reload from crates in zombie mode

Hi as the title suggests when im playing on zombie mode and run out of ammo I cant use the reload supply crates I press e and nothing happens ive tried holding e down and pressing it lots but nothing happens any1 help ?

It should work when you hold E, there should be a blue bar at the bottom of the screen that fills from left to right as your ammo refills. If it's not working I don't know what the problem would be.

what gun, character and map did it happen on?

supply crates aren't for reloading guns, it's a 30 HP crate.
