{CROSSFIRE}creating a nickname freeze

hello, i am a new user to crossfire and i have stumbled under a problem, every i log in to crossfire it tells me to create a nickname which is weird because every time i click confirm the game freezes and or nothing pops up telling me if its used or if i can use it, the OK and confirm button are frozen, and the cancel button just doesn't work at all.

anyone got a solution for this?

The Game is a bit unstable sometimes atm, so therefor u can keep trying from time to time, or u can contact the Support (http://support.z8games.com/index.php?), they can fix that issue for u and name u, how u wanna be named..
