Xtrap code 02-0300-00000000-602

Some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external program.

I just got this random error from xtrap that i've never experience before, but that's not all, this particular error (in my opinion) seems to be a xtrap false error because i played (crossfire) in an other pc and i have the same error. you might as well tell me to uninstall any program that is affecting crossfire to launch but if i uninstall something else i will end up formating my pc or giving up. Here is what i did (non of them had solve my problem):

-I had talked to z8games support (they answer me with some solutions but i still have it).
-I had reinstall crossfire 4 time.
-I had disable and uninstall my antivirus (avast).
-I had close every non-system program.
-I had deleted xtrap folder.
-I had disable firewall, and added crossfire to the exception list.
-I had run my computer in safe mode.
-I had run crossfire as administrados.
-I had scan my computer 2 time with avast and windows defender (no viruses detected).
-I had tried to disable antivirus during the installation and running of the game.

I've done all that and i still get the error message when crossfire is about to start.
