Where the hell is my zp?

I bought a 20 dollar ultimate gamer card, and I haven't recieved the 20k I bought, this came out of my pocket & unproffesionally being fraud by a game..this is ridiculous Z8..seriously..

  • Its almost weekend and they can't reply that fast , By the way try to Send a PM to Saidin or just wait for your ticket ( If you really did pay for it and it didn't work it will be solved , Trust me )
  • Woo man, I went to the store today to pick one up, and I haven't recieved it yet. It's just a frusterating situtation, Z8 hardly does enough for it's community..

    And you never told us the issue. Was the card activated at purchase? Was there an error on the site?

That's a great way to approach a conversation, and yes I payed for it, yes it said the payment was successful when I typed the pin in, the actual problem is that I did not receive my Z8 points, by all means I have rights to be angered or frustrated & yes they don't answer, I sent them a ticket about 5 days ago.

    Let me try to help here. Please read the full post, it's long I know.


    First off, lets break down the information.

    You sent us a ticket on August 13th at 7:21 PM EST. Please note that this is after business hours on the east coast..

    At 10:49AM on August 16th you received a reply. Which is the equivalent to just over 2 business days response time. We are working to reduce this response time, however this is better than your posts would seem to imply.


    Secondly, in your reference to "buying something from a store". Please note that we are an online business. If you purchased something using paypal and had a problem, paypal would likely give let you know there will be some time in between responses.

    In fact, even with dealing with my own bank, this week no less, I sent them an email asking about a technical problem with their online banking system. It took them just under 2 days to respond. Given they probably have hundreds of thousands of staff to field millions of customers that seemed pretty good.


    Thirdly, lets look at the type of message you sent us.

    Your message was, and I'm paraphrasing here:
    I bought zp, I received confirmation but I have not received my ZP.

    You used the correct section of the tickets (billing / admin). However you filled out no information that we could use to verify the transaction.

    In the field "Transaction IDs" you put: What does this mean..
    We are here to help you, and we would be glad to answer your questions. But instead of providing any useful information you've decided to assume we know what you are talking about and then come to the forums and rant about how bad our staff is or that we don't care.
    Now lets get back to your issue.

    With BOKU, the transaction ID is basically your phone number and the details of the transaction. And please do not post that here, use the support system.

    Finally, an apology to you. There was a mistake in the response you got. Because our CS Rep asked for a transaction ID, which could add to your original confusion.

    When dealing with phone payments the key pieces of information we need are the Phone Number, the date/time of the transaction and the amount. You can provide those to us, we will then check our records with BOKU to confirm payment and issue the ZP.

    As you even stated, you have done this in the past with no problems. I don't have a specific reason for why this particular transaction failed. But I'm sure we'll be able to fix the problem quickly and get you on your way.


    We DO take care of our community and our players, but please understand that we deal with a lot of requests and a lot of users, having a bit of patience and maturity about the situation goes a long way in getting quick and reliable service.

    We need the transaction ID that was sent to you in order to verify the payment. The receipt basically. If you used paypal for that visa transaction then you will have received one.

    I Did not do it threw payapl

    Tomorrow I will check if it took somthing from my card.

    If it Did and i can provide evidence that it did..Can you then help me?

    Also I've tried to purchase zp from paypal but this happens

    This happens everywhere except in Paybycash Witch only gives me the error above. ( Says i got it but really did not )

    PS. I'm from Iceland (Not on the Select you're country list) So I use UK

    I really want 2 buy VIP.

    im having the same problem, did u get your points yet? if so how long did it take?
