Keylogger Stole my account/Z8 gave him the Email(Mod/GM Help)

Well my account got jacked by a keylogger that was in my system(No longer now...) and got my Pass for my account and sent a ticket in on my account stating that his (MY) new email was blaa bla bla and Z8 Decided that evened tho he didn't have 2 pieces of information, they would put in there system his email to get tickets sent to, So he was able to get my email by looking at the CC: of my email. If a Mod/GM could responded to my ticket as soon as possible would be awesome.
Ive sent a Email using my Register Email to z8game also explaining my problem, and ive sent a request to get my missing pass(has come in the last 2 days).

Can Anyone give me any other help with my problem, it would be a great help?

I doubt that support changed the email and password if he didn't provide at least two pieces of required information.
Anyhow, the security of your own account and computer is your own reponsability. If support doesn't solve your problem, you won't find any solutions here either.
