Loading problems..

Hi every one!
Well whit the beggining, i`m new in this kinda game.. today i`ve just downloaded this game... and i waited to do the pach 15th... and when i`ve tried to loging in game i got a notice "this service is not avaible in your region". And i`m from Romania.
I can ask why? The game is made for all peoples to play.. why i cant not play it to ?
