and use france proxy in regiser and may be register by fake mail i don't remamber

    Well there are several holes that I will point out to you WHY you won't be receiving help.

    Firstly, you're are responsible for maintaining and remembering your account information. This means that when you create the account, it is on YOU to type in a valid email address and any other information with honesty. The email is especially important because it is a major component in validating who you are as the "legitimate" account holder.
    Since you chose to use a fake email nobody will be able to send you the right email to then proceed with account changes or to be notified when an account change has taken place.

    Secondly, Z8Games will not help you because you chose to circumvent the current IP restrictions that are in place. They are in place because in the specific red areas, as shown on this thread:
    [thread=166411]IP Restrictions for Cross Fire[/thread]
    Z8Games no longer holds the license to have NEW players from those regions. Z8Games is therefore not obligated at all to help you as a new player to play this game.
    You would be redirected to CF Europe (CFEU), which can be found at their gamerage site here:

    amazing that the z8 blocked on the EU the IPs and did not blocked on Egypt ( where mostly all are cheaters. ) Love this guys logic.

    Again, the decision to block IPs was because of the loss of license in those areas.

    Try out several of your email addresses in http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx
    You'll get an error when the email you entered isn't linked to a Z8games account. So if you don't get said error, you should have found the email address you used.

    You can send us a ticket to support, please only send 1 ticket on the issue and wait for a response.
