Failed to download version.ini

Hi, when i try to start the game i receive this error "failed to download version.ini" , i reisntaled the game and still dosen't work. What i can do?

That's shown if CF can't connect to the internet...you should let it pass through your firewall (making rules in your firewall).

Firewall is off and i don't have an antivirus
