Didnt get my zp

Hello guys i charged zp through ultimate game card and they told me that the payment is confirmed but when i check my zp i didnt get any and i sent a tickt to z8 but no response so if anyone can help my i would be very thankful

have u logged off and back in.. sometimes it takes a while. wait for some time, and if in a couple of hours it still didnt appear on ur acount then send a ticket. dont forget to send the confirmation. good luck on that.

13 day !!!! i only charged for the kurkie gold and if it took 13 day to get my zp i dont want it any more
