Char Problems !

Hey , my name ingame is Smellyr , i bought from the mall SIA and Cowboy Hat , I was having some problems whit the game because it wouldn't run , I uninstaled it and it went back to the same so I went to the options , bla , bla , bla ... It now runs normaly but whit one big problem . The things that I bought from the mall are in the Char storage . Whenever I try to equip them my game just goes down and says that it's an error , I would love if u could help me whit this .
