Error when equipping battlefield radio

I get an error just clicking anything in the Character section. If I click back to the CF program window there's a window that says: "Cannot open shader file - rez/Shader/legacyshader.fxo" with "File Not Found!" and an "Ok" button below it.

Edit: Looking through my files, that file is there and has a date last modified of Feb22/2012, it's 10.8KB.

Perhaps the new patch was supposed to use a new version of that file that wasn't included in the patch.
