Clan Error

I want to join my friends clan.I applied to his clan.But there was an error.It says write you character name...I wrote it.But i couldn't join.It says "Could not find your account information, please contact us,or try later" Help me please!

When you apply to clan it doesn't ask for your Char. name lol so why you are logged in then
I guess it's a bugg or smthn wait..
