New map, The Hills, little to no exp..

I was wondering if this was happening with anyone else? I played a 7 round game and got 0 exp after? A friend of mine played a 5 round game and won and got 12 exp.. whats up with this?

I played 6 rounds in that map about an hour ago and got 261 EXP.
