Zp deposit

Hi, I've tried to deposit 100.000 zp by credit card, after filling the form the message appears
"This transaction has been denied. Reason:Failed to pass security validations." and saying that the card wouldn't be credited.
But it did, the money is missing from my account, and no zp.
(I've always bought ZP this way and never had a problem.)

I send a support ticket, which I had a quick response from Z8 Support, saying that I should contact BuddieShops for further assistance.

It's been over 48 hours, no response from BuddieShops, no ZP, no money.

If this is not resolved, I will never buy ZP again

    Sorry just got this message after making the Thread.

    "According to your transaction log, we did not see problems except the
    AVS matching. Please be noticed that Buddieshops recently updated its
    security. Only those transaction orders which come with all matched
    AVS information can pass through successfully. AVS is address
    verification system for secure on-line payments. In our limit
    experience, the AVS matching may have some problems with the cards
    from PT.

    In this case, we strongly recommend you to use other payment solutions
    with your card, such as PayPal which receives credit card payment as
    well without register.

    If your credit card balance shows that your card has been charged
    regarding with this transaction, it may takes 7 days to 30 days to
    fully refund the money back to your account. The amount of time this
    takes depends on the process of your credit card."
