Today I got unbanned by the support because of a chargeback.

I have an error when I try to login.
You cannot join test server.

What is the problem ?
I can join with my other accounts tho.

Maybe try again in an hour because you just recently got unbanned for the chargeback?

Yes I just got unbanned.
I hope it will work in 1 hour.

Also is it possible to get the HS ribbon back ?
Because the chargeback was an accident.
Paypal opened a dispute but I closed it right after.

You'll probably need to discuss that within your Support ticket. I believe they will return the HS ribbon for chargebacks but ONLY if the player submits a request for it. And ONLY for chargebacks.
