In game cursor bounces when moving slowly.

pretty much the title. Whenever I'm playing the mouse cross hair gets squirrely and moves up and down if I move slowly it. If i do quick swipes it hardly bounces at all. I'm currently using a Zowie AM mouse without driver at 450dpi.
