Tell your "friend" to submit a support ticket here:

Under Crossfire, then Complaints, then click next.
On the next screen fill out the Message Details with what you wish to complain about. Be sure to be specific to aid Support in narrowing what case it's going to be.

PS, just because someone purchased ZP on an account does not make it immune to being banned like any other account.

If your "friend" cannot maintain nor remember their own account info then it's their fault and nobody can help them.

Z8 isn't going to hand out information about accounts on a silver platter. There needs to be a demonstration on the ticket submitting person that indeed they are the right account holder.

To recap: Since your friend cannot remember their own info it just shows that they aren't serious about their account. Tough luck. Sorry.

if its your friends account. let him go support.
Maybe it was a auto bug. But i think that he know what he did. 0000001% chance that you get ban for nothing.
