No bp after zp purchase

Hello, i just made transactions through the mobile option and didnt recieve my bonus points. It would be much appriciated if i could recieve the bonus points for my purchase as i purchase the zp for my bp.

I don't think they hand out Bonus points for mobile purchases, I've spent about 400 and haven't got any BP, it doesn't really matter though BP has very few use
