Arabic .... and how i can sent a support ticket ?
Submit a ticket here:
http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Under Crossfire, then Technical Support, then Next.
On the next screen verify yourself then hopefully input the Error message.
On the next box below that, (The Message Details Box), please be specific with the issue. The main issue of course, is that you did not receive your ribbon for the specific SPOP purchase.
You should also include other things like: When did you make the purchase, including date and time (please have the time in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), how did you make the purchase (whether it was ingame or on the web mall), and so on etc.)
They should be replying back to you within 5 business days, not including the weekend. From there you'll need to reply ON THAT SAME TICKET if necessary to whatever instruction/discussion that takes place with Support.

Oh and also, good effort on the translation from Arabic to English, remember to continue to use English when writing out your support ticket. -

And remember, please have patience with them. It's possible they will reply soon, but it's very possible that it will take a few days for that reply.
There are probably hundreds of other players with their own issues that they want help with.
So again, please have patience with them.
