can some1 help me plz? screenshot help

i used to be able to take pictures and screenshots on my old computer, but i recently bought a laptop about a few weeks ago, and i cant take screenshots with the
"prt sc" button. can some1 help me or tell me how i can change screenshot buttons? plz help, theres a lot of hack.ers i need to report.

PS: (no i am not a noob. I know a hack.er when i see one -.-)

    hopfully your not a noob there are alot of good players out there but anyway for laptops there is a button called fn short for function this is usualy blue w.e. before pressing pring screen you have to press and hold the fn and press print screen (fn + ps together)
