I currently bought 100k zp and they said
it failed to pass security
but the money from my card still got deducted

There is not much you can do here. You can contact Support and make a ticket about billing/purchases. From there, you would need to fill in as much information as you can. As Support is not really working, I would suggest contacting a GM with your problem and go from there. -
Well how do I really contact a GM?
You can always try Private Messaging them or sending a Visitor Message on their page and I am sure they will be glad to help. To be honest I only know [Gm]Saiden (If I spelt it right).

Not can contact GM any private messages if you need help you will have to report the error in Support
Yeah as it isn't working for a lot of people, contacting a GM through private messaging or through a visitor message is the best solution until support is fixed.
