Lost All Access to my Account
Hello guys,
its been sometime which ive been trying to access my crossfire account and this is last resort that i have to post it on here:
My account name was: Hovannes ( I created it around 2010 )
My account was registered on : ,EMAIL but i cant access that e-mail at all because of Microsoft - they have change the whole e-mail to EMAIL and to some alias bull**** and I now cant access the e-mail or the inbox to get my account back and running.
To prove it was my account I can show alot of things:
I have bought many ingame items using 'Mobi-pay' or somthing like that to pay for ZP - all this was done from London on Tesco Mobile Network and mostly £10 each time.
I can name most of the guns i bought :
AWM, G36K , M60 , AK47 ( WHICH I LATER SOLD ) , K-2 , DESERT EAGLE , I had a zp bonus points gun and i think it was called M16A2/M16A1 ( i cant remember ) , M4A1.
Also i had linked my facebook account to this crossfire account - i can fully access it.
I had joined many clans : Armenia, ArmeniaTM
and i think the last one i was in was Black List for the Crossfire Event thingy...
If someone could help me get access to my account back that would be great because i wanna carry on playing.

you should remove the email... that's account info that could be used against you if someone wanted to try to gain access to your account.
As for account issues, you'll need to submit a Support ticket here:

Under Crossfire, then Account Administration. For the email, put in that original email (before the Microsoft change) as I believe that would be the one on the record.
Then explain again in the Message box on how Microsoft changed the email name. You'll probably have to show some sort of proof that Microsoft indeed made this wide change and it isn't just some story.
And yes, of course, be prepared to show the recent ZP transactions and everything else to prove that you are the legit account holder. -
One day i tried changing the password and it done some alias thingy and locked my inbox, and i couldnt access my inbox anymore. I contacted Microsoft and they said its permanent so i tried making an e-mail registered on crossfire: but it said you are not allowed to create a @live.co.uk e-mail.
