Yeah it is, i was able to get 50+ kills in a TDM and 15+ in a full 8v8 S&D b4 i had my other guns.

I'd still rather use my m700 instead, im better as a sniper.

If you use the M16 you have to headshot. It's basically just an M4 with a lot of recoil, but one shot is all you really need. Thats why BlindRob owns with the M60. One headshot at a time means 100 kills without having to reload.
