Problem with lag

Greetings everyone,im experience some troubles with my ping in the game,it's always at 400 to 600 and i don't know the reason why,any other game i play runs properly,i don't have any windows opened or torrent n stuff...i came back into the game after a long time and i dunno what's wrong,if someone has any idea for the solution to the problem i'd appreciate it.
