Weird FPS Problem o.O

3 days ago I experienced a drop from 130-230 fps down to 80 ish whether it was doing a 1v1 or a 8v8 snd. This obviously showed something was wrong, so I reset my laptop, and now I still have that same bad fps. I've ended backround processes that aren't neccesary, updated all drivers, laptop isn't overheating etc( I've done so many stuff, chatted with HP and no problem they found). My settings on crossfire are all low. Here's the catch though, I still get that old fps on 800by600, but not on 1200 by 800 (wide). I did get the good fps 3 days ago and before using 1200 by 800, but now only on 800 by 600. 1200 by 800(wide) is really weird for me now since I get 80 fps no matter what, 8v8 snd, or 1v1td. Weird. Please help! Tried many things.
