Laging but I can't identify reason

When I first started playing CF my ping was stable (About 58-64 ping). Now i have 70-90 ping, sometimes it spikes to 100+. So I then decided to log out CF and check my ms on Command Prompt. It was stable. How can I resolve this issue, please help.

It must be server lag
