BP error

I bought the ak silver and it worked, but when I bought the m16a2
I lost the BP but it hasn't shown up in game even though the ak silver has.

Re-start your CrossFire.
If it's still not there, send in a ticket. The support team will manually add in a M16A2.

I submitted a ticket under the category complaints. Was that the right category? Also thanks for the help.

they have big issues with the mall.it happened to me as well.i tryed to purchase somthing else with BP and they overcharged me....
