BP Trouble

Im sorry to disrupt the peace but this is just getting ridiculous...Ive bought the AK silver and 3 GP crates yesturday and didn't get em. Funny thing is i've also sent the support form letting them know the problem this morning and still haven't received any notifications. I want to know when this problem will be fixed and if z8games needs proof i had bought these 2 items, well i have none because i was not notified about this glitch.
